It’s a cafe, it serves coffee and giant slices of delicious cake, its name is Chocolate House. Of course it’s going to be one of my favourite places in Luxembourg.
It’s also opposite the Duke’s Palace, so if you like you can sit outside and get a great view of the guard who marches up and down all day for no apparent reason.
